What is the deadline to place my monthly order?

There is no deadline to placing any order. After placing of order, the order will processed within 2 working days. Then, it will take another 3-5 working days for you to receive your parcel.

How do I become a Wellness Concept Member?

For membership sign up after your purchase at “My Online Account”, you may contact us at hello.wellnessconcept@gmail.com for any enquiries on membership sign ups and fees.

What is the difference between a Preferred Customer and a Direct Customer?

A direct customer is customer who purchased once in “My Online Account”. Preferred customer is for those who signed up as a member and can directly purchase using the member login portal.

How much does a Wellness Concept membership cost?

RM40 excluding 6% GST.

Will I have a minimum order requirement?

No minimum order is required. However, shipping/delivery fees are required for certain minimum purchase. Please refer to Customer Service Order FAQ for more information.

Can I order products if my membership paperwork has not yet been received by Wellness Concept?

Unfortunately no. Paperwork is needed to facilitate communication between the Customer Service, Warehouse and Online Portal.

If I do not have a credit card or debit card, can I enroll as a Preferred Customer?

You will not be able to do it online. You are advised to walk in to our HQ or Penang office to enroll as a Preferred Customer. More information will be provided upon walk-in.

Why does Wellness Concept have Point Value (PV) points?

Point value (PV) points are the points generating upon items purchased. Different items will have different PV value. For Preferred Customers, they are entitled to more rebates on your subsequent purchase upon total PV points that is generated on the same month purchase.

Member Benefits

What are the benefits of being a Preferred Customer?

They will be entitled to membership privileges, birthday vouchers, on-going promotions and offers and updated on the upcoming events/talks.

What is E-Wallet?

E-wallet is an online wallet solely entitled for every Preferred Customers’ account.

How do I earn E-Wallet?

E-Wallet can be earned with Point Value (PV) points generated from the monthly purchases of Preferred Customer. Every 50pv will generate RM10 into the ewallet. However, minimum 150pv is needed for generation of bonus into the wallet.

How do I redeem my E-Wallet online?

You can redeem your E-Wallet account online by clicking on the ‘Pay by e-Wallet’ at the payment section.

General membership questions

How do I reactivate my account or reenroll as a Preferred customer?

You need to sign up as a Wellness Concept member again by submitting RM40 (excluding 6%) as membership fees.

Membership account is auto-renewal after purchasing a total of 300PV and above on the same particular year.

How can I get my Customer Membership ID?

We will be delivering your membership card with your Customer Membership ID and membership package on the following month.
